Part Time Senior Telemarketer

Client wants someone who has a firm grasp of the English language, and the ability to speak with US prospects and customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Possible work schedule: 10PM - 2AM Manila Timezone

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound cold calls to uncover prospects for pest control services. Calls should be made only to those target prospect companies as dictated by contractor.
  • Gather and accurately document qualifying data on interested prospects for timely follow-up by sales representative.
  • Master consultative selling, rapport building, qualifying, presenting, and verbal interpersonal communication skills provided by trainer/facilitator.
  • Incorporate the prescribed questions, statements, and other performance related materials developed during the training phase of the job orientation.
  • Strive to achieve 7 completed decision maker conversations with potential prospects per hour of calling. Make every effort to complete 28-30 dials per hour.
  • Follow trainer/facilitator guidelines for scripting, call patterns, and delivery techniques.
  • A decision maker is defined as a business Owner or Manager empowered to make decisions regarding vendor agreements/contracts.
  • Submit required daily and weekly call reports and other related campaign documentation as requested by contractor.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Business-to-business telephone sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a must
  • Possess a strong work ethic, and ability to handle a high volume of outgoing phone calls
  • Must be someone who can conduct all phone conversations in a helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
  • Must exercise punctuality and diligence according to individual work schedules.
  • Work environment is quiet, business-like, and distraction-free.
  • Someone who can adhere to Client company’s standards for professionalism and demeanor during all calls.
  • Must have a stable DSL internet connection
